Permanent, 35 hours per week
Based in Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore

sportscotland Glenmore Lodge is Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, where our aim is to offer world class training in outdoor adventure sports and encourage more people to enjoy the outdoors more often.

We are currently looking for a Chef to join our Catering and Household Team at Glenmore Lodge, who will prepare and cook food to a high standard and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

As the Chef, you will support the Head Chef including involvement in planning menus and supervising staff who are allocated to kitchen duties, so we are looking for someone who has similar relevant experience. You should also have knowledge of kitchen health and safety and food hygiene practices.
