About Us

We are a small, welcoming community gymnastics club based in St Andrews, dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young gymnasts of all abilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to join our team and help inspire the next generation. You don’t need to have been a gymnast yourself to be a good coach. The best coaches often succeed because they understand how the body moves, how people learn skills, and how to teach effectively—not because they competed at a high level themselves.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Gymnastics Coach assist our Head Coach in delivering

engaging, high-quality sessions to children. This is a great opportunity for someone who

is passionate about gymnastics and enjoys working in a supportive club environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our head Coach in delivering safe, structured, and enjoyable gymnastics

  • sessions

  • Support gymnasts’ development across a range of abilities

  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive club atmosphere

  • Helping ensure sessions comply with safeguarding and safety standards

  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and volunteers

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for sport and coaching

  • Experience working with children (coaching or similar roles desirable)

  • A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

  • Coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential

  • We are happy to fund relevant coaching qualifications and training for the right candidate
