Salary: £47,699-£54,569 per annum*
Full-time (35 hours per week)
Fixed term until 31 December 2027

sportscotland is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Sports Development team. In this role, you will influence, support and prepare partners to work towards our vision, working with organisations such as local authorities, leisure trusts and Scottish Governing Bodies of Sport.
Partnership Manager posts are deployed across a range of work areas within Sports Development, including Governing Bodies, Coaching and Volunteering, and School and Community.
You will understand the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to actively demonstrate this in your work. While a passion for sport would be beneficial, we welcome applications from candidates whose experience in other sectors provides transferable skills and perspectives.
As a Partnership Manager, you will develop effective and forward-thinking partnerships that create meaningful impact. We are looking for someone with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, together with experience of working strategically to deliver shared objectives.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also have experience of leading projects and supporting change initiatives to deliver positive outcomes.
* Please note successful candidates will be appointed at the entry point of the salary band.
