Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Status: Permanent full-time role with some occasional evening/weekend work
Location: Scottish Gymnastics, Craiglockhart Tennis and Leisure Centre, Edinburgh
Hybrid working: minimum of one day in the office per week, three to four days remote if home office set up is suitable for regular home working after the initial induction period.
Our events logistics and facilities manager is responsible for all event related logistics operations in relation to equipment, transport, storage, venues and health and safety. The role will also lead on the management of key relationships with our equipment sponsor, equipment maintenance agreements, and equipment compliance requirements.
The role will also lead on the facility development and management services for the organisation to reflect strategic priorities and needs of our members. They will provide a support service to member clubs and key partners on the development and growth of gymnastics facilities across the country to allow the ongoing growth of the sport.

As events logistics and facilities manager, you will have knowledge and experience in sporting event set up, ideally within gymnastics, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will also directly support clubs with facility projects through your knowledge of facility funding, financial planning, health and safety requirements and supporting the club through the planning and delivery phases. This role will also lead on the national facility development plan for Scottish Gymnastics as we scope out our own national facility.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory PVG scheme membership.
