What you will be doing:  

  • Driving planning, delivery and player development in defence, utilising video analysis and review 

  • Collaborate with designated coaching, technical, athletic performance and medical personnel to ensure all aspects of team preparation 

  • Assisting the Head Coach with player selection and deselection 

  • Attending training and matches to identify and observe players 

What we’re looking for:  

  • Coaching experience in a high-performance rugby environment, ideally in women’s rugby

  • Experience leading performance programmes, including individual development planning and player monitoring

  • Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively

  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance player development with competitive performance, supported by specialist coaching expertise and a valid driving licence
