What you will be doing:
Driving planning, delivery and player development in defence, utilising video analysis and review
Collaborate with designated coaching, technical, athletic performance and medical personnel to ensure all aspects of team preparation
Assisting the Head Coach with player selection and deselection
Attending training and matches to identify and observe players
What we’re looking for:
Coaching experience in a high-performance rugby environment, ideally in women’s rugby
Experience leading performance programmes, including individual development planning and player monitoring
Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance player development with competitive performance, supported by specialist coaching expertise and a valid driving licence
