About the Role
Boxing Scotland is transforming its National Performance Pathway to create a more connected, accessible and athlete-centred system for identifying and developing talented boxers across Scotland.
We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic National Pathway & Talent Coordinator to play a central role in delivering this transformation.
Based predominantly at the National High-Performance Centre, the postholder will act as the key link between the Head of Performance and wider Performance Team, and Boxing Scotland's network of Regional Pathway Leads and talent development partners.
The role will support the identification, tracking and development of talented athletes, ensuring there is a clear and connected journey from club boxing, through the regional pathway and into the national performance environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines excellent organisational and administrative skills with a passion for athlete development and an understanding of the Scottish boxing landscape.
