As an experienced Swim Teacher, you will:
- Deliver fun, engaging, and inspiring lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of participants.
- Help swimmers achieve their full potential while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Create activity lesson plans and implement best practice training protocols in line with our standards.
We are looking for approachable, positive, and patient individuals who have:
- SSTQ, UKCC Aquatics Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate, engage, and provide constructive feedback to diverse groups.
- A warm personality paired with passion and commitment.
