We are currently looking for a Data Administrator to join our Research team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the collection, management and quality of data that helps inform decision-making across sportscotland and the wider sport sector.
As a Data Administrator, you will support the effective management of data across sportscotland's key systems. This will include data entry, collection, validation and quality assurance, responding to enquiries about our systems and survey platforms, and providing administrative support for a range of research, monitoring and business activities.
You will play an important role in supporting the monitoring and reporting requirements of our investment programmes, helping to maintain accurate information across around 400 projects. You'll work with a range of colleagues and external contacts and will need strong communication skills and confidence using online systems.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and highly IT literate. You'll have experience of working in an administrative environment and be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience of working with data and maintaining accurate records would be advantageous.
We operate a hybrid working model, and you'll be expected to work from our Glasgow office a minimum of two days each week.
* Please note successful candidates will be appointed at the entry point of the salary band.
