Reporting to Women's First Team Head Coach

Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and knowledgeable individual to join our Women's First Team coaching staff in a voluntary capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and development of players within a progressive and ambitious football environment.

Working under the direction of the Women's First Team Head Coach who has overall responsibility and oversight of the team, you will play an important supporting role in coaching, matchday delivery and player development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of high standard, engaging training sessions aligned to the Head Coach's programme and club philosophy

  • Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of team preparation, training and performance delivery

  • Provide matchday support, including pre match preparation, in game assistance and post-match review

  • Support players in their individual development through coaching input and feedback

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and professional team culture

What we are looking for

  • A passionate and driven individual with a keen Interest for women's football and player development

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a coaching team structure

  • Reliable, organised and committed

  • Willingness to work alongside and under the direction of the Head Coach

Commitment Required

  • Attendance at two evening training sessions per week at Foundation Park

  • Availability for Sunday matchdays

  • Willingness to engage in occasional planning and review work outside of sessions
