The role
The Soccer Academy Coach will assist with the preparation and delivery of coaching sessions and related activities as required. From time to time, work may also be offered to support the delivery of projects for community engagement activities within Northern Ireland
Key responsibilities
Work will be offered under a statement of work, and responsibilities may include:
Delivering coaching sessions to the highest standards for all ages, abilities, communities and organisations.
Delivering sessions across different levels within the tiered Soccer Academies system.
Supporting club development and coach education sessions for groups ranging from children to adults.
Liaising professionally with Club office staff, fellow coaches, partner clubs, and parents.
Completing administration tasks related to the sessions delivered.
Maintaining professional standards of conduct and enthusiasm during all Club activities.
Ensuring that equipment and apparel used for sessions meet required standards.
Carrying out any other duties appropriate to the role, as may be offered and accepted on a casual basis.
The candidate

Minimum UEFA C licence qualification. Any higher qualifications will be valued but are not essential to the position.
