Job Description

Contract Type: Full-time - 36 hours per week.

The role will have core hours of 3pm till 6pm Monday to Friday, with the remaining hours being agreed with the Activities Manager.

Location: Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre, Glenrothes

Are you passionate about gymnastics and able to inspire your team and customers with your enthusiasm for the sport? Do you love gymnastics so much that you would like to make a career out of it? Can you support the Activities Manager and be directly responsible for the effective and efficient management and development of the dryside/sport programme, including gymnastics throughout Fife?

This role will involve working with key partners to deliver dryside/sport opportunities throughout Fife for all levels of participants. The post holder will be a member of the Activities Management team with a key role to maximise the performance of participation in all dryside services in line with key strategic objectives. Requirements 

  • Educated to SCQF level 6 or equivalent
  • Membership of a relevant professional body
  • Relevant work experience
  • Experience of contributing to the implementation of strategies which lead to the increase of income and attendances within the dryside programme
