An excellent opportunity has arisen at Falkirk Football Club for a new Club Doctor.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Performance Services to ensure the provision of high calibre medical cover at all times for our professional players, operating within a multidisciplinary team within the club’s Performance Department.
Main duties will include ensuring emergency pitchside cover is provided at all home and away matches. The medical team will provide general practice medical services both via in-person clinics as well as remotely, when required. The successful candidate will be joining a team of forward thinking and ambitious staff who are dedicated to creating a best-in-class performance service.
There is also an opportunity to become the Club Doctor for Falkirk FC Women, who have just been promoted to the SWPL 2, with attendance required at all home fixtures. This role may be included in the responsibilities of the overall Club Doctor, or be taken up by another successful candidate.
Key Information
The role is part-time
Remuneration is dependent on qualifications and experience.
A GMC registration with emergency pitch side care qualification as well as some football experience is essential for this role.
