The Stirling Albion Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team.
This position is part time ( 6 hours per week ).
The successful candidate will be someone who can create content (from writing press releases or media advisories to communications timelines for projects) as needed.
Help create materials in social and press content areas
Manage social media accounts, from scheduling to fan engagement and message responses.
Manage and update website ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Support public and media relations work
Generally, assist the team with marketing and communications tasks, creative direction, and other duties as assigned

Essential experience

Copywriting support for social media, press releases, blogs, and websites with the ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms and audiences.

Experience in communications, branding, marketing, and/or public relations
A deep and unbridled love of deadlines and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication with a writers' love of well-edited sentences and precise grammar
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, collaborate, and interact with colleagues, partners, and the media
The ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and strategies is crucial for keeping communication fresh and engaging
Well-versed in utilizing social media platforms effectively to amplify messaging and engage with the target audience
Experience and versatility in adapting messages to different platforms
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with communication tools, digital platforms, and software is essential for efficient coordination and execution
Open to learning about emerging trends, technologies, and communication strategies.
An eye for a good design

Based at Forthbank Stadium, Stirling
6 hours per week
