Paid role for UEFA B Level Coach (or working towards) 3 training sessions & 1 matchday per week Boroughmuir Thistle are seeking a Head Coach for their talented U15 NextGen team. BTFC is the largest female football club in Scotland with a full pathway for both participation and performance players and compete at the highest level of competitive youth football in Scotland with the role involving weekend travel throughout the country for matches.
The role involves planning, delivery of training sessions and preparation and management of matches, working with the assistant coaches in delivering aspects of weekly sessions and individual development work. A successful applicant will be encouraged to actively contribute to recruitment and player development, and contribute their ideas to our Academy Playing and Training principles.
Experience in the female game is desirable, a passion for developing elite female footballers is essential, you will be reporting to our Performance Academy Manager.
This is a paid role and a successful candidate will possess a UEFA B level qualification (or working towards) and have their own transport.
