Independent Performance Advisor – Scottish Archery

Scottish Archery is the national governing body for Archery in Scotland. We strive to create an environment where everyone can reach their potential, whether as a competitor or in a volunteer role. This is an exciting time for Scottish Archery as we look towards our new strategic cycle from 2025-2029, with a focus on Supporting our Archery Community. By supporting our community, we hope to give everyone the opportunity to participate, progress and achieve. This role will be play a key role in helping us support our young archers to achieve their potential.

To help deliver the dreams of our future Olympians and Paralympians, we are currently recruiting an Independent Performance Advisor who will sit on our Athlete Progression Subgroup. The role of the Independent Performance Advisor will be to provide experience and insight from out with archery, to ensure the group and its members are working to best practice and operating in a clear and unbiased way.
