What you will be doing:
- Lead the strategy for physiotherapy and rehabilitation across all high performance programmes.
- Inspire and oversee a national network of physiotherapists and performance staff.
- Drive innovation, research and best practice in rehabilitation, clinical care, and injury management.
- Build integrated development programmes that support athletes from the Performance Pathway to the National Teams.
- Represent Scottish Rugby at the forefront of global best practice in sports physiotherapy.

- Proven leadership in elite physiotherapy or rehabilitation settings.
