Director of Revenue and Engagement: Netball Scotland 

Netball Scotland is aiming to make netball the #1 team sport for women and girls in Scotland and to 
improve the world ranking of our national team to #6 in the world by 2031. 

This new role will be responsible for driving engagement with our stakeholders – existing and potential – including members, fans, volunteers, funders, donors, sponsors and the media; and converting that 
engagement into increased revenue which can be reinvested into the sport. 

You’ll be passionate about sport and bring significant experience operating at a senior level in a 
marketing or commercial role.  

You’ll be responsible for the marketing and communications, and the membership and business 
development functions, including the direct delivery of key events. 

This is a wide-ranging role, and you will need to be able to demonstrate significant experience in 
managing a complex matrix of stakeholders and relationships, including funders, donors, sponsors, 
media, and fans.
