The Participation Officer will play a key role in growing the game across Scotland. Sitting within our Participation team, the role will support clubs, engage new communities, and contribute to the delivery of our Women & Girls and player pathway initiatives. The Participation team leads the planning, development and implementation of meaningful programmes that introduce golf to new audiences and provide high-quality experiences for both juniors and adults.
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with experience of leading regional and/or national programmes in sport. The successful candidate will have a track record of increasing participation, managing multiple projects, and working collaboratively with partners to deliver impactful initiatives. Strong communication, IT skills, and an understanding of the club environment are essential, alongside knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting a diverse golfing population.
