We are currently looking to assess candidates for an 8- 9 month seasonal coaching opportunity in the USA.
The predicted time frame (visa dependent) would be April through November, 2026, which would cover the spring, summer and fall seasons.
Job Description
You would be working as a coach in many different environments which may include working with children as young as 18 months old through to U18/19 players. You may be required to create, plan and organize coaching sessions or follow a set curriculum that is already in place.
Alongside coaching each day, there will also be office requirements which could include content management, social media posting, sales calls, curriculum development, event management and day to day administrative duties.
Requirements
Experience: We would like to hear from coaches that have at least 12 months coaching experience in youth soccer coaching - at a variety of levels and abilities - as well as playing at a relatively competitive level.
Qualifications: Possess relevant coaching licenses or certificates, such as SFA or UEFA with a sports coaching college background as well.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, reliability, desire to grow within the coaching industry, ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Other: A valid driver's license, can pass a thorough background check and coaching experience/qualifications in other sports
