About the role
Develop and strengthen youth rugby
Support rugby programs at Kinross High School and Primary Schools within the Kinross Cluster
Oversee and maximise the transition of players from school to the club
Organise and run community activities promoting rugby skills
Requirements
Leadership and rugby development experience
Strong communication skills
Rugby coaching qualifications
Full driving license and PVG membership
