We’re looking for a Head PGA Pro and Golf Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of all day-to-day golf operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and Islay Golf Club members.
Reporting to our Golf General Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across all golf operations and leading in key areas including, but not limited to: tee sheet processing, lessons, golf events, golf retail sales, equipment storage, rental/hire, locker rooms, outdoor services, and driving range operations.
As our golf tuition is presently delivered by our Golf Operations Supervisor, this role offers a PGA Professional the flexibility to focus on operations or incorporate coaching and player development alongside wider responsibilities.
