Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed Term until 13 June 2027
Location: Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in our office at Commonwealth House, 38 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH.
What you’ll do
As a Marketing and Communications Business Partner for Sport, you’ll be a part of an established Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead for Sport. You’ll play an essential role in driving the strategic and executional leadership of Glasgow Life’s physical activity and sport service plan. This includes the development and delivery of cohesive and compelling marketing and communications which directly support income generation, membership and retention targets.

We’re looking for:
Significant experience of leading and delivering a range of marketing communications, digital and commercial activity across a complex multi-service product portfolio.
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, equivalent academic qualification or professional experience in a marketing communications role.
Understanding of digital marketing and communications - and an appetite to stay up to date with the latest developments.
People focused team player who has demonstratable experience in collaborative relationship management of diverse teams and the ability to contribute to and sustain relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
Excellent business judgement with the ability to step back and look at long term vision for growth.
