The Scottish Korfball Association (SKA) is seeking a committed and enthusiastic National Team Manager to support the organisation and administration of the Scotland national team.
The SKA is the national governing body for korfball in Scotland. Korfball is the world's only dedicated mixed-gender team sport, combining elements of basketball and netball, where two teams compete to score by shooting into a raised basket called a korf.
The Scotland national team has qualifies for the European Championships in Czech Republic in October 2026, which serves as a qualifying event for the 2027 World Championships in the Netherlands.
The team manager role is essential to ensuring players and coaches can focus fully on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The National Team Manager will:
Act as the main organisational contact for players and coaching staff.
Coordinate training camps and competition logistics.
Suppport travel and accommodation arrangements.
Communicate with players, staff, and the SKA.
Help maintain player records and team documentation.
Assist with tournament preparation and delivery.
Represent the team professionally at events.

Experience in team management or sport administration is desirable but not essential.
An interest in Korfball is encouraged but not required, you'll quickly become a fan!
Applicants must be available to attend the European Championships in Czech Republic from the 16th-24th October, where travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed by the SKA.
