Salary: £29,194 (£17,516 pro-rata) per annum
Permanent, Part time (21 hours per week)
Based in Glasgow (on-site only)

We are looking for a Team Administrator who will provide front‑of‑house reception support at our Glasgow office (Templeton) and general HR administration support.

You will act as the main reception contact at Templeton, welcoming visitors, managing enquiries and supporting the smooth running of meetings and shared spaces. You should have a professional, friendly approach and confidence communicating with a wide range of people.

Alongside reception duties, you will provide administrative support to the HR team which may include HR, recruitment, and learning and development. This means you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

As the Team Administrator, you will also support general office administration, including travel bookings and processing invoices. So we will be looking for someone who is experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint, and is able to follow established procedures.
