Salary: £33,574 per annum
Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)

We are looking for a Projects and Business Planning Coordinator to provide high quality administrative and coordination support to our project management and business planning activity within the Data and Digital team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that project and planning information is accurate, well maintained and accessible, supporting colleagues to work efficiently and confidently.

You will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to project delivery and business planning activity, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining accurate records. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and experience working in a well organised office environment.

You will be responsible for updating systems, maintaining documentation and ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date. As a result, you’ll need good attention to detail and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

The Projects and Business Planning Coordinator will support colleagues across the organisation by responding to routine queries, coordinating information and working within clearly defined procedures. This will work well for someone with clear communication skills, the ability to prioritise routine tasks effectively, and an understanding of when to escalate non routine matters.
