Scottish Swimming is recruiting two Aquatics Development Officers (School Swimming) to support the national roll-out of school swimming, backed by Scottish Government investment. These roles offer a unique opportunity to make a real impact—helping ensure every pupil gains an essential life skill.

We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who can build strong partnerships, drive projects forward, and inspire others to deliver high-quality swimming programmes.
