Group Fitness Co-ordinator - Fitness for Every Body!

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic Group Fitness Co-ordinator to take our fitness class programme to the next level.

In this role, you’ll bring together great instructors, a well-planned timetable, and a strong understanding of what customers want to create a programme that people enjoy and come back to week after week.

What You’ll Be Owning

This isn’t just scheduling classes - it’s about creating an experience.

  • Design and deliver a dynamic, results-driven group fitness timetable across multiple venues

  • Use data, trends, and instinct to keep classes fresh, popular, and fully booked

  • Spot the next big thing in fitness and help bring it to life in our studios

  • Test, tweak, and elevate classes based on performance and customer feedback

Instructor & Partner Champion

  • Be the go-to person for our community of more than 80 freelance instructors

  • Build strong, positive relationships that inspire high quality delivery

  • Ensure every instructor is qualified, insured, and delivering to the highest standard

  • Work with partners and suppliers to keep what we offer cutting-edge

Safety & Standards Leader

  • Keep everything safe, compliant, and running like clockwork

  • Manage instructor records, qualifications, and documentation

  • Support risk assessments and ensure best practice across all venues

Performance Driver

  • Dive into the numbers - attendance, utilisation, income - and make them work for you

  • Spot opportunities to grow participation and improve performance

  • Help drive us towards ambitious targets

What You Bring to the Floor

Essentials:

  • Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification (REPs or equivalent)

  • Solid experience in the fitness industry (you know your squats from your spin)

  • A natural ability to connect, communicate, and energise others

  • A passion for group fitness and staying ahead of trends

  • Confidence working with data, systems, and scheduling tools

  • Strong understanding of studio equipment and safe delivery

Bonus Points:

  • Trainer & Assessor in the Active Skills sector

  • Exercise Referral Level 3

  • Health & Safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH)

  • First Aid & AED certification

  • Experience working with diverse populations and medical conditions
