About the Role
St Cadocs Youth Club is seeking a part-time Club Administrator & Safeguarding Support Officer to support the smooth, safe, and sustainable running of the club across both the Girls’ and Mixed/Boys Sections. Supporting our Coaches in delivery of the more time-consuming admin tasks.
This role is central to player and coach registration, safeguarding compliance, volunteer support, and improving administrative systems that currently rely heavily on volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage player registrations and age-group transitions (COMET & MyClubHub)
Monitor fees and identify non-payment or data anomalies
Register coaches, volunteers, first aiders, and parent helpers
Coordinate PVG applications and renewals
Maintain safeguarding and training compliance records
Support coach communication through a central portal
Assist with website updates and club communications
Support match kit and strip coordination processes
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing records, deadlines, and compliance
Comfortable working independently and proactively
Experience in sports or charity administration desirable
Understanding of safeguarding in youth settings an advantage
