HR Business Partner: ParalympicsGB

This role is for 3 days per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of circa £54,000-60,000 per annum (pro rata) dependent on professional qualifications and experience, plus paid holiday, flexible working, and a very competitive benefits package.

We are ParalympicsGB, the National Paralympic Committee for Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

We select, prepare, fund, and manage the ParalympicsGB team at Summer and Winter Paralympic Games. Together with athletes and the governing bodies of their sports, we have become world-class in sending Best Prepared teams to the Paralympic Games.

But ParalympicsGB is far more than a world-leading sports team, winning medals across a diverse range of sports.

As set out in our strategy, Championing Change, we drive positive, sustainable change for disabled people in the UK, using the positive power of the Paralympics and Paralympic athletes to inspire a change in attitudes to disability and bring about equality for disabled people in sport, education and society.

Our success is built on the amazing performances of disabled athletes, people who show that talent and potential is strong across all of society. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader, reflecting our passion for disability inclusion. We are committed to supporting people with disabilities or long-term conditions by removing barriers that they may face at work.

If you can do the job, we want you to apply. We aim to create a truly inclusive, welcoming environment where every member of our team can thrive and where every individual feels their contribution matters, regardless of identity or background.
