Triathlon Scotland is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to shape, promote, and protect our brand. This role will lead the development and delivery of an engaging marketing and communications strategy that grows participation, strengthens our community, and increases the visibility of swim‑bike‑run across Scotland. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, media relations, digital engagement, campaigns, content creation, and brand management - ensuring our events, programmes, and achievements are showcased to members, clubs, partners, sponsors, and the wider public.
We’re looking for a creative, proactive storyteller with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of digital and social media trends. You will bring ideas to life that highlight the athletes, volunteers, and communities that make triathlon thrive, while supporting major events, enhancing sponsor value, and driving member engagement. In a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, you’ll balance creative vision with practical delivery to produce consistent, high‑quality outputs that align with our goals.
