Inverclyde National Sports Training Centre is the first UK residential sports centre of its kind - designed for inclusivity, and it has been inspiring sportspeople for more than 60 years.
We are currently looking for a Fitness Coordinator who will manage and coordinate the Fitness Programme at National Centre Inverclyde, delivering a programme of Fitness activities with a focus on community membership fitness and inclusive delivery.
The Fitness Coordinator will line manage a team of Fitness Instructors, with responsibility for ensuring seven days a week continuous staff cover of fitness facility and class delivery. You should have significant experience in a Fitness team lead, instructor, or similar sports-related role with relevant coaching or fitness qualifications.
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with external customers of the gym and fitness classes, as well as experience in preparation and review of risk assessments associated with the delivery and operation of a member-based fitness environment.
