Scottish Surfing is entering an exciting new chapter, with the upcoming launch of our 2026–2029 Strategy .
To support the delivery of this ambitious new vision, we are now recruiting new volunteer Directors to join our Board and help shape the future of surfing in Scotland.
Our new strategy sets out a clear commitment to positively impact lives through surfing, strengthen our communities, protect our waves and waters, and support Scottish surfers to excel at every level. To help turn this vision into reality, we are seeking individuals with the passion, skills and experience to contribute at Board level across a range of roles.

- Performance Director (and Chair of the Performance Committee)
- EDI Director (and Chair of the Women and Girls Committee)
- General Directors
