National Junior Coach: Badminton Scotland

Badminton Scotland is recruiting a National Junior Coach to play a leading role in developing the country’s next generation of talent. Based at our head office in Glasgow and working across regional performance hubs, this role will lead the technical and tactical development of athletes within the National Pathway Programme, delivering high-quality training, camps, and competition support. The successful candidate will also contribute to athlete selection, coach mentoring, and the ongoing development of our national coaching curriculum, helping to create consistent, high-performance environments across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of junior badminton and support players on their journey towards international success.
