PASS for employers

Dear Sport & Leisure Employers

Unlock Tomorrow's Talent in Today's Work

Employers can influence and shape the next generation of sport & leisure professionals by integrating students' skills in today's workplace.

sportscotland would like to help you connect with educators and students to find student placements that meet your current and future needs.

PASS (Placement Agreements for Students in Sport) aims to support those seeking to build and formalise quality work-based learning experiences for students, educators and employers in sport and leisure.

We know that placements can help the economy, boost employability for students, and enable employers to build early connections with the prospective workforce of the future.

Use the PASS support outlined below to help unlock these benefits.
