What sport are you involved in and what is it that you love about it?
My sports are basketball, line dancing and boccia which I coach and play. These sports are all community based, and they give me a break from life and I love to win and play.
What motivated you to be part of the Young People’s Sport Panel?
I was motivated to be in the panel through a former member of the panel I felt like it was my trun to make change within sports in Scotland and share my ideas to hopefully create change in sport in Scotland
How do you think sport can help support young people in Scotland?
Sport can help young people in a lot of different ways in the sense of gives them a break from whatever is happening at home if they have any problems, but it gives them like a time that could change their lives
Is there a role model who inspires you? What is it about them that you admire?
My role model is my parents my mum helped me pave my way to be a coach and just helps in so much more and my dad who has unfortunately passed away three years ago from cancer drives me to better teaches even though he’s not here he taught and still teaches me to a better person and to always achieve my dreams.
