As one of sportscotland’s Team Administrators you will provide high quality, efficient and customer focussed front of house reception service at sportscotland’s Caledonia House.
You will also provide administrative support to the Operations Manager across buildings/office management, health and safety, and teams across sportscotland, and in support of external partners and service providers.
To be successful in this role you should be able to communicate in a well-structured, concise and clear way, both verbally and in writing. You should be able to distinguish between priority and non-essential tasks and plan accordingly. You should be able to self-prioritise and multi-task in order to make best use of your own time and resources. You should display a flexible approach to meet work requirements and demonstrate your ability as a team player.
