Working as part of a team you will lead, direct and supervise a team of leisure staff and play a full part in wider management functions, ensuring the highest possible standards of health and safety and customer service, developing and promoting activities and working in partnership with the Campus personnel to deliver a quality experience for the local community.
Not got all the relevant skills but looking for an exciting change of direction from your current job, have supervisory experience then we are sure you have an abundance of transferrable skills so why not apply, full training will be provided on the job.
RLSS Pool Lifeguard is an essential requirement which can be obtained on appointment, additional training will also be offered relevant to the role once appointed.
