Welfare Director: Triathlon Scotland

Non-executive (voluntary)

Are you passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments in sport? Do you have a strong understanding of wellbeing and safeguarding practices and want to use your experience to influence change at a national level? Triathlon Scotland is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Board as Non-Executive Welfare Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of triathlon in Scotland, supporting a culture of care, and helping the sport to thrive for all who participate - from grassroots to performance.

As a Board Member, you’ll play a strategic role in driving the vision and values of Triathlon Scotland, contributing to the development of the organisation’s long-term plans. Specifically, as the lead for wellbeing and safeguarding, you’ll offer expert advice, guide policy, and ensure the highest standards of care and protection are implemented across the sport.
