Are you up for the challenge of motivating and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer services? Are you capable of playing a key role in two exciting and major development projects that will see brand new venues replace Perth Leisure Pool, Dewars Centre and Live Active Blairgowrie?

If so, then Live Active Leisure have the perfect opportunity for you. 

Working across four of our Company’s key venues including our largest sites you must be able to deliver a first-class service to all our customers, lead a team of staff, set a high standard of customer care and most importantly, you must have a management style that inspires others.

Working with the Senior Facilities Manager you will take responsibility for key areas in the day-to-day operational running and development of Perth Leisure Pool, Dewars Centre, Live Active Blairgowrie and Blairgowrie Community Campus ensuring that the business operates in line with its plans, targets and objectives.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of achievement in a busy and dynamic environment, they must have the ability to motivate, work under pressure and lead people and have a hands-on and flexible approach to work, some evening and weekend working will be required.

It is essential that you are educated to at least HNC level or hold a professional equivalent in a related subject.
