The Role

As Sport Entries & Information Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of the entries process and sport information services across all Glasgow 2026 competition disciplines.

You’ll develop and manage policies, procedures, and timelines for entries by number and by name, ensuring that every Commonwealth Games Association is fully supported throughout the journey. From early data capture and system testing to Delegation Registration Meetings and Games-time delivery, you’ll provide a seamless and responsive service that underpins the entire athlete experience.

Working across departments such as Technology, Sport Competition, Accreditation, and Accommodation, you’ll act as the central link between athlete data and Games-time operations. You’ll also shape the way sport-specific information is delivered to CGAs – from digital manuals and forms to on-site Sport Info Desks and online systems.

This is a highly collaborative and deadline-driven role that combines accuracy with empathy, structure with agility, and a passion for sport with an eye for detail.
