Job Description:
As a Multi-Sport and Educational Programmes Coach, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive programmes across a variety of sports and educational activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and contribute to the growth and development of our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate multi-sport sessions, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants.
- Deliver educational components focusing on personal development and skill-building.
- Engage with participants, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Adapt sessions to meet the needs and abilities of all participants.
- Work collaboratively with team members to plan and execute programme activities.
- Ensure all sessions comply with health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Outgoing and enthusiastic.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Positive attitude with a passion for working with people.
- Hold relevant SFA (Scottish Football Association) badges.
- Valid driving license.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
