This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy.
We are looking for a motivated School Rugby Officer to join our team in the West. In this role, you will develop and implement programmes that drive participation, sustainability and quality in state school rugby. If you are passionate about rugby development, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a desire to grow, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and delivering a regional rugby participation strategy for state schools, fostering collaboration and smooth player transitions while driving growth with data insights
- Supporting and enhancing school and club rugby programmes, ensuring safety, quality and continual improvements
- Supporting development of safe and enjoyable school competitions and opportunities for school teachers in delivering the state school strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with rugby or sports development experience, including delivery of programmes within schools, clubs or educational institutions
- A self-driven individual who has a track record of achieving strategic goals
- A team player - you will be collaborating with and managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
