Gymnastics Community Development Manager: ClassForKids

ClassForKids is looking for a Gymnastics Community Development Manager to build an online community, raise profile, and build an audience for ClassForKids.

This role may be office based or remote, depending on your location. You may also be required to attend key sporting events in order to develop your network and create content.

We specialise in working with the kids activity sector - think after-school gymnastics clubs, football academies, martial arts, dance schools - and everything in between. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring social media channels to identify where target customers are hanging out (Facebook Groups/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok etc)
  • Raising your profile online by actively connecting and engaging with target customers on a consistent basis
  • Facilitate increase of followers of our specialist facebook group
  • Working with our marketing team to create brilliant content (Webinars, Interviews, Hints and Tips etc)
  • Contributing to conversations on relevant issues within the gymnastics community
  • Promoting ClassForKids’ content and services when appropriate
  • Providing ClassForKids with insights on market trends and competitors
  • Collaborating with other professionals in gymnastics to raise the ClassForKids profile
  • Working with the wider Sales and Marketing team to integrate with current campaigns and activities

Skills required:

  • Deep knowledge and experience within gymnastics, either as a gymnast, coach or a committee member
  • Strong communicator
  • Comfortable with social media platforms
  • Confident!

The package:

Flexible, remote work (Glasgow office available)

24 hours per week (Negotiable)

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Salary: Negotiable
