Scottish Squash are the national governing body for squash in Scotland and are looking for the right individual to join the development team as the Club Development Officer (Women & Girls).

The Club Development Officer (Women & Girls) is a key member of the Scottish Squash Development Team and will support clubs to grow and sustain female participation in squash across Scotland. The successful candidate will be involved in the development and delivery of two exciting women-specific programmes, these are:



Working across Scotland, partnership working will be key in order to work together with national and community partners, local authorities, clubs, indoor centres, schools, colleges and universities.

The Club Development Officer (Women & Girls) will support the development of people, places and programmes across Scotland, inspiring people from all backgrounds and working to ensure squash is a more equal and inclusive sport.
