Amazeballs!

We’ve summed up the ideal candidate for this job in one word and it bears repeating: amazeballs! Let’s unpack that – we’re looking for an amazing individual with an amazing attitude and an amazing personality. Bold as brass. Bright as a button. And nice as ninepence.

To top it all off, you’ve also had an amazing career to date. Several years in a management role leading a team in the sport, leisure, hospitality, retail or similar industry. You are a positive, enthusiast character with a go-getting kind of attitude underscored by genuine people skills. You can muster high levels of engagement from your team and you cannot wait to put your leadership experience to work on a bigger stage. It’s fair to say that stages don’t come much bigger than the Royal Commonwealth Pool – a stunning A-listed world-class venue. You will lead a team of 150 staff to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to our 750,000 visitors every year, reporting only to the facility manager.

It goes without saying that you will bring your considerable business acumen with you, thinking on your feet as you work proactively to improve the business by attracting new customers, developing products and services, managing budgets and taking a lead role in Health and Safety systems. All this whilst retaining our existing clients by blowing their socks off with a great experience.

What will you get in return for all of that? One of the best rewards packages in the business, with generous pension, holidays and free membership to all of our centres. Why not come and amaze us?
