We are looking for a Performance Nutritionist who will deliver Performance Nutrition services to a range of sports working towards the Beijing Winter Olympics and Commonwealth Games in 2022 and beyond.

You will have post-graduate experience in providing a Performance Nutrition service within a high-performance system and be able to design, implement, and evaluate periodised nutrition support for athletes and sports.

In this role, you will support the integration and provision of Performance Nutrition with other service disciplines. Therefore an ability to work effectively both independently and with a varied network of coaching and multidisciplinary support staff is essential.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant first degree, a recognised post-graduate qualification, eligibility to be a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist and have SENr Practitioner registration.

This vacancy is full-time with the day-to-day workload focused within the Scottish performance system; therefore, delivery will be a blend of home working and travel throughout the institute network. A full driving licence is essential, as is the ability to travel independently between sportscotland sites.
