Are you an experienced athletic performance coach? Do you have experience of planning, developing, and implementing programmes that support player development in all areas of athletic performance? If so, we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing:
Lead the physical development of identified National Talent Pathway Year 3 players.
Deliver athletic performance coaching tailored to player development needs.
Educate players on the principles and practices of athletic performance.
Provide ongoing guidance to support players across all areas of physical preparation.
Lead within the multidisciplinary team to align pathway goals, foster a high-performance culture, and set clear athlete-development standards.
What we’re looking for:
Master’s degree, current UKSCA accreditation, and previous personal athlete experience are advantageous.
At least three years’ coaching experience in an academy or comparable elite athletic performance environment.
Strong knowledge and practical application of long-term athletic development, including programme planning, development, and implementation.
Ability to use athlete profiling, strength diagnostics, and GPS technology to inform practice, alongside proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working within a multidisciplinary performance-sport team, with a satisfactory PVG check and a full, valid driving licence.
