Job Purpose

Saints in the Community are looking for two Projects Assistants who will support the delivery of our wide range of sport, education and wellbeing programmes, helping to create positive, inclusive and enjoyable experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds.

The role will involve hands-on delivery and day-to-day administration of a large variety of Trust projects. The postholder will assist with the delivery of activities, working with participants of different ages, backgrounds and abilities. This is an entry-level role offering opportunities to gain practical experience and develop new skills. Appropriate training, qualifications and ongoing support will be provided to enable the postholder to develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver sessions independently.

Each Projects Assistant will be based within either the Sport or Community Projects team, with a particular focus on that team's activities. However, both postholders will work flexibly across all three of the Trust's service areas - Sport, Education and Wellbeing - supporting programmes wherever required.
