Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Scottish Rugby is looking for an ambitious female coach to join our Regional Pathway and Game Development team as part of our Female Coach Development Programme.
This is a unique full time development opportunity, combining a role supporting the organisation of regional pathway activities, delivery of coach development programmes, with a structured programme of coaching and professional development.
The successful candidate will gain hands on experience coaching within the Female National Talent Pathway, while being supported to develop their own coaching practice, knowledge and confidence. You’ll work alongside experienced coaches and staff, access a range of development opportunities, and be given the chance to grow and progress as a coach within Scottish Rugby.

What you will be doing:
Help plan and deliver regional player pathway programmes, working with coaches and medical staff.
Coach and identify talented players across regional and national female pathways.
Support coach development and work with clubs and schools to improve player development.
