Linton Hotspur U20s are looking to add Assistant Coach/Coaches to our coaching team as we continue to build and develop our U20s programme.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who are keen to learn, gain experience and develop their coaching skills within a positive, player-focused environment.
What we're looking for
Previous football coaching experience – desirable but not essential
A willingness to learn and develop
Ability to help plan, set up and deliver structured training sessions
Good communication and organisation skills
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a coaching team
Player development at the heart of what you do
Reliable, committed and willing to get involved
The role
Working alongside the Head Coach, you’ll support the team across training and match days, with opportunities to take responsibility for aspects of the team’s development and training programme.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable coaching experience, build confidence and progress their coaching pathway in a supportive environment.
